New year, new dashboard

We hope you got some rest over the holidays – because 2026 is shaping up to be a big one.

We're kicking off the year with a refreshed account dashboard:

A preview of the new Daisychain dashboard

When you log in now, you'll see your whole account at a glance – and it's a good reminder of what Daisychain can do:

  • Campaigns: Your latest texting broadcasts with delivery rates, clicks, replies, and opt-outs. Don't forget you can track conversions, A/B test messages and send the winner to the rest of your list – or send a Charm (personalized image) to really stand out.

  • Automations: Workflows that fire when supporters take action: ActBlue donations, Mobilize RSVPs, Action Network submissions, and more. Send follow-up texts, emails, apply tags, assign to organizers – automatically.

  • Pathways: Your supporter pipelines, from volunteer recruitment to leadership development to donor cultivation. Move people through stages manually or with automations.

  • Flows: Our newest feature: branching, AI-powered conversations that answer supporter questions, look up legislators, schedule follow-ups, and more. If you haven't tried Flows yet or are curious, keep reading.

Coming up: Flows webinar on January 22nd

We're hosting a live demo of Flows in two weeks, joined by Brigid Flaherty from Mother Forward. She'll share how her team is using Flows to recruit and engage moms fighting for affordable childcare and paid family leave. We’ll explore how Flows can be used for different types of organizations and campaigns and should have plenty of time for Q&A! RSVP to the Webinar

Something new and a gift for you

But one of the most exciting things we’ve been working on has been under wraps…until now. Daisychain is hitting the ground running in 2026 with a big new feature called Flows.

New in Daisychain: A/B Testing

We’ve launched A/B testing in Daisychain, making it simple for any team to experiment with different SMS messages. Write different message variants, use an intuitive slider to set your test size, see side-by-side stats on replies, clicks, conversions, and opt-outs, and get a built-in significance check before sending the winner to the rest of your audience. A feature once reserved for power users is now accessible to everyone.
